Our Solutions
Pulse Final Mile provides final mile home delivery services from white-glove to complex installations for retailers nationwide. Our focus is providing home delivery services for home furnishings, mattresses, electronics and appliances.

Pulse Final Mile was founded on the idea of "delivering the difference". From developing personal relationships with our clients to exceeding expectations with our clients customers, every part of what we do foundationally is different.
Tony Quinn
Co-Chair and Managing Partner
Tony is a founding member of Pulse Final Mile overseeing the strategic direction for the company. Tony has been a leader in the logistics and final mile delivery space for almost 30 years. Over the course of his career Tony has done everything from creating home delivery companies from the ground up to being the CEO of a multi-model international company that generated more than $1 billion dollars in revenue yearly. Tony’s extensive background and experiences ranges from managing the day to day operations and financials to building the long term strategy of the companies he lead. He has also worked with many of the major retails from Best Buy, Sears and Lowes in the appliance industry and Ashley Furniture and Williams-Sonoma in the furniture industry.
Looking to the future, Tonys leadership will help guide Pulse Final Mile to become a leader in the final mile delivery space where Pulse will indeed “deliver the difference” to their clients and consumers.
Jim Forman
Co-Chair and Managing Partner
Jim is a Managing Partner of Pulse Final Mile overseeing the strategic direction for the company. Jim started his career as an operations manager with regional clients like Sit ‘N Sleep and then moved up the ranks from Regional Director to CEO of a Final Mile Home Delivery Company that generated more than $250 million dollars in annual revenue. Jim’s broad range of operational experiences include managing the day-to-day operations to fostering relationships with the retail partners. His corporate experiences include managing the company financials and working closely with all department heads. In his over 30 years of experience, Jim has partnered with some of the largest retailers, from Ashley Furniture and Living Spaces to Best Buy and Lowes.
As Pulse Final Mile continues to grow, Jim’s leadership will focus on both the success of the company and their clients, as well as ensure the company culture is built on a core set of values that include relationships, communication, honesty and transparency.
Rick King
CEO
Rick is an experienced leader with a combined 27 years of experience in the retail and final-mile delivery industries. Rick’s background is extensive, including playing several key roles for Best Buy prior to joining DSI Logistics in 2019. Rick was a contributing architect of the Best Buy home delivery support model, which has won the JD Power Award for excellence in the previous five straight years.
In 2019, Rick joined DSI Logistics as Chief Operations Officer at a crucial time in the history of the company. Rick’s expertise and insight into the synergy between retail and home delivery allowed him to help guide DSI Logistics through a change in ownership while still providing the highest levels of service to their clients. During Rick’s tenure as COO, DSI grew annual revenue by an incredible 100%, positioning the company for an eventual acquisition by another major industry player.

Chris Belson, VP of Operations
With over 16 years of expertise in retail and final-mile operations, Chris specializes in warehousing and cross-dock operations. His unique perspective stems from having served as both a client and a provider throughout his career. Chris has successfully led teams catering to a diverse range of national and regional retailers in the appliance, home furnishing, and in-home fitness sectors. This experience has not only allowed him to excel in execution but also to introduce innovative ideas to the industry.
In his last role as the Regional Vice-President of Operations at Pilot Last Mile, Chris played a key leadership role. Before joining Pilot Last Mile, he contributed significantly to DSI-Logistics in 2020, holding positions as a Project Manager and Director of Operations. During his tenure, Chris successfully launched multiple start-up accounts and spearheaded DSI's Customer Support, Cross dock, and dedicated Field Operations.

Travis Canga, VP of Operations
Travis is leader with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams through change that is aimed at delivering a world class employee and client experience. Travis has over 20 years of retail, multi-unit, and final mile experience.
A majority of Travis' professional experience comes from Best Buy where he played a vital role for well over a decade as a leader for Best Buy's In Home Experience with the Geek Squad. Travis was highly focused on providing a differentiated customer experience through his Geek Squad team and 3PL partners that drove "Brand Love" for Best Buy.

Maria Padilla, VP of Finance
Maria has over 20 years in the transportation industry supporting a variety of roles over her career. Previously Maria worked for DSI Logistics starting in 2002 as the company’s Director of Accounting and Administration. With DSI Maria oversaw the day-to-day activities of the Finance department including monthly financial reporting, hauler delivery team settlements and accounts receivable.
With Pulse, Maria continues that work building on that experience in Finance as well as adding her support and expertise in other key areas within the company.

Brittany Garcia, Manager of Compliance
Brittany has almost 15 years of experience in the final-mile delivery industry. Brittany began her career in this industry through DSI where she started in 2009 as a Safety & Risk Coordinator. In this role Brittany managed claims, tracked insurance and workers comp along with onboarding contractors for the field. From there Brittany continued to gain a broader range of experiences that extended into Compliance where she built the new department from the ground up. This included foundational enhancements like converting contracts that were paper based to online forms that can be filled out online and signed electronically.
Brittany will continue this role with Pulse including building a new department from the ground up where she will leverage her years of experience along with the the best in class website systems and automation to centralize the management of the onboarding process for new Contractors.

Armando Chavez, VP of Information Technology
Armando has been in logistics and last mile since 2003. Starting in operations, Armando has held almost every title in Operations. After 8 years in operations, Armando pivoted to his passion, Information Technology in 2011. With 21 years in the logistics and Last Mile space, Armando brings a unique point of view to senior management. With the operation background, Armando can swiftly connect the dots between operations and IT. Armando is the Vice President of Information Technology.
Armando’s responsibilities with Pulse include overseeing the company’s information technology backbone as well as mapping out the future strategic direction of the firm’s software and call center solutions.

Lance Kramer, VP of Business Intelligence
Lance is a final mile operations leader with 13+ years experience including tenure at Manna Freight Systems and Pilot Final Mile. Lance understands the strategic approach and nuances to effectively support operations. In meshing operational data and SOPs with modern technology the business can unlock data-driven insights that promote visibility and scale.
Lance's role will leverage his experience and knowledge to identify strategies and provide direction to advance Pulse as the leader in final mile delivery.

Bill has a decade of experience in human resources and four years in the logistics industry. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He specializes in recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
